Winners dream. Jamie’s aspirations for the big leagues took flight at White Bear Lake High School, where he earned all-conference (4x), all-state (3x), and All-American (2x) honors in baseball. He also loved basketball, being named all-state (2x) and winning the Timberwolves Slam-Dunk championship (1991). In the 1990 draft, Jamie was selected in the third round by his hometown Minnesota Twins. Eight years later, a back injury forced an early retirement after being on the Twins 40-man roster his final three seasons. After a productive career in real estate and business, Jamie finally found the ultimate dream job with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. There, his love for sports, young people, and, above all, his Lord and Savior combine in his role as Metro Area Director in the Twin Cities.

AIR SHOW: Joe DiVietro

There’s lots to love about life. For Joe, it’s preaching God’s word, enjoying his family (married with two girls), and flying airplanes, real ones and models. Since 2014, Joe has served in Sauk Centre (MN) as the Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church. Since age seven, he’s been watching the sky and flying remoted controlled craft. His love for flying began early, thanks to his father, who was a commercial airlines mechanic and private pilot. More recently, Joe’s passions have embraced building and flying models and drones.  At last count, his collection numbers over twenty, most built himself, including micros, electric, and nitro planes. He’ll bring along several of favorites for the big Dads N Lads Air Show on the North 40!

Camp’s Executive Director since 1986, “Bobber Bill” loves organizing other people’s fun, helping Bible stories come to life, and fishing with kids. The die-hard Twins fan grew up playing backyard wiffleball, finishing his career with over 500 homers. Bill and wife, Lisa, have three grown children, including two adventurous sons, Monte and Matthew.

For boys all ages 5 to 100!
