It is officially the last full day of Super Kids 2! We are having so much fun with these campers. Our time as been filled with joy, laughter, fellowship, and memories made. The week may be coming to an end soon but we still have lots of fun surprises planned for these campers!
Once we all got up, lots of campers participated in the Polar Dip–some cabins even got all of their campers to participate! Isreal Cabin volunteered to raise the flag for us this morning. Before heading to breakfast, we sang a Morning Movement practiced our Memory Verse John 10:10-11. After eating, we cleaned our cabins and got ready for Chapel. Today we heard from Shepherd Bill. he talked to campers about how Jesus is the GOOD Shepherd and he PROTECTS His sheep.
After Chapel, we had Morning Options and then everyone went on Cabin Adventures until Some cabins spent time in the Hub, playing sand volleyball, four-square, and nine-square-in-the-air. One cabin walked all the way to Birch Point and had a bubble party! After lunch, we saw our friend Baby Mutton get saved from the Big bad Wolf! Before Free time, we had an extra long Toes-up Time so campers could more rest and ensure we have plenty of energy for the rest of the day!
This evening, we will have Chapel right after Dinner, then everyone will get ready for the Camp fire! Campers will have Free time to get changed, visit the Canteen, and spend time in the Hub before we get together with our cabins and make the trek our to Bass Point. At the Camp fire, we will sing Action Songs and Worship, hear from our speaker Maryn one last time, go on the Lion Hunt with Bobber Bill, and fellowship in God’s gorgeous creation! We are so excited for all the time we have left together!
