We are fully staffed for Summer 2023, but we still need volunteer counselors for a few weeks this summer! Would you or someone you know be interested in filling in for a week or more this summer? If so, complete the form below!

Working at Camp Lebanon is a sure way to make summer fun, and it can also provide an incredible time of growth in your faith and life. There are so many opportunities to serve on our staff team – including positions on our senior summer staff team, our volunteer team, and our D3 and Jr. Staff Teams. Four Different Ways To Serve!
D3 DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM
The journey begins in our D3 discipleship program! This program is designed to teach students the importance of being a Christ-like servant through discipleship and hard work so they can make an impact wherever they are. Students will progress through three levels of training: SWEAT Team, Service Crew, and Leaders in Training (LIT). Visit our D3 page to read more information and apply.
JR STAFF
After graduating D3, students are eligible to come back to camp as Junior Staff! As a Junior Staff, students will be able to work in three distinct areas at camp: Junior Counseling, Junior Program, and Junior Operations (which includes maintenance, housekeeping, and dining hall). SENIOR SUMMER STAFF
Students are eligible to become summer-long Senior Staff after either (1) completing the D3 program and graduating high school or (2) completing one year of college if a student has not participated in D3. These 40+ senior staffers keep camp running for the 12 weeks of summer! Visit our Senior Staff page for more information and to apply!
VOLUNTEERS
