Camp Lebanon’s dedicated Quilt & Craft teams are committed to providing excellent accommodations in a resort-like setting featuring everything you need to make quilts, complete scrapbooks, develop friendships, or simply relax and unwind. Our low-structured, highly organized retreats allow women to devote lots of time to their projects and to new and old friends. A favorite feature of each season is a creative theme that includes fun decorations, friendly instruction, and a Bible-centered focus that points women to the Creator of their artistic abilities. Minnesota-based quilt shops multiply the value of every retreat as select shops enrich each event with special classes, fabrics, patterns, and other supplies on sale.

2027 Theme "In the Beginning"
“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1) From the very beginning of time, God revealed Himself as Creator. Before there was light, color, texture, beauty, or life itself, God spoke—and creation began. Every detail of the earth reflects His imagination, purpose, and goodness. Scripture tells us that after God created, He looked at His work and declared that it was good.
As we are created in the image of God, we also have been given the gift of creativity. Whether through quilting, sewing, painting, crafting, stitching, or simply bringing beauty into everyday life, we reflect the heart of our Creator. The ability to design, build, arrange, and create is not accidental—it is a gift from Him.
Spring is a beautiful reminder of this truth. After the stillness of winter, the earth begins to bloom again with fresh color, new life, and renewed beauty. Flowers unfold, trees bud, birds sing, and creation once again displays God’s artistry all around us.
At our Spring Quilt and Craft Retreats, as we quilt, craft, laugh, learn, and fellowship together, we celebrate not only the projects we make with our hands, but also the God who created us to create.

2027 Beginner Quilt Pattern: "Chain Links"
Here’s the beginning for first time quilters or a skill builder for those who want to sharpen their foundational quilting skills. Pick four or five fabrics to make a couch throw that coordinates with your living room, or a baby quilt to bless a little one. The secondary design created by the accent fabric gives this quilt extra visual interest. Group instruction and individual assistance will be provided every step of the way to help you succeed.

2027 Advanced Quilt Pattern: "Luminary" by Jamie Bright
A striking and fun to put together quilt top comes together quickly and will make you “oooh and aaah” when you see it on the design wall! This contemporary quilt can be a scrap buster or you can choose to use fat quarter bundles, jelly rolls, and layer cakes.
