2025 SHOWER HOUSE PROJECT
The time has come to say "farewell" as we retire the East End Shower House!
Built in 1976, the EES has spent 49 years serving Camp’s guests. This building has been an important part of creating a place for youth, families, church groups, and adults of all ages to Meet With God. Men and women with vision and faith built a facility that stood for five decades.

Since then, summer youth attendance has more than doubled, while year-round guest numbers have more than tripled. As Camp continues to grow, a modern, clean, energy-efficient Showerhouse with adequate facilities (including double the number of shower bays) is an important part of guest comfort, enabling us to share Jesus with more guests. NOW is the time for the EES to “retire with dignity,” and let a new building take up the task.
Inadequate facilities of any kind can become a distraction, even enough of a distraction to keep a guest from responding to whatever God is speaking into their lives. A new facility is not a guarantee that the Gospel will be heard or that a life will be changed; but maybe, just maybe, removing that one little extra bit of distraction will be enough.
Can you understand the potential impact of a new Showerhouse?

The current plan is to begin the project on September 2nd, the day after Labor Day. In addition, we are going to be finishing the kitchen part of the snack area/coffee shop in the gym. The combined budget for both projects is $550,000.
