If you were near to Camp Lebanon over September 16-19, you would have heard lots of laughter and LOTS of hymn singing. We welcomed 56 senior adult guests to our facility for nearly a week of fellowship, delicious food, good teaching, and lively singing!
On the second day of the retreat, Camp Lebanon opened its doors for Senior Day, which added 135 senior adult guests to the chapel! We had a packed day of fun and fellowship with dear friends, enjoying the beautiful sunshine and the beginnings of fall colors. Guests enjoyed delicious meals, some great teaching and hymn singing, and an afternoon of “The Funnest Fun” – pontoon rides, hikes, s’mores, and zipline rides! Camp even opened up its Canteen so that our friends could enjoy some tasty ice cream treats, as we said farewell to summer and hello to fall!
During the afternoon, Camp welcomed the Harbinger Quartet to perform in the Main Hall. Our guests got to come in from the warmth of the outdoors and enjoy a performance from the talented quartet, who sang some of our favorite songs!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Young At Heart Retreat and Senior Day! Praise the Lord for a sweet, sweet time! We hope to see you again next fall!
