Signs of spring are arriving early at Camp Lebanon as we get ready to “Play Ball” at our Quilt & Craft retreats in March!
Our “field of play” will be quilting, scrapbooking, stamping, crafting and other fun projects. And we invite you to join us! There’s no better time than now to get in the game and learn the basics of quilting, or advance the bases with additional skills and techniques to help you cross home plate with finished projects!
Camp Lebanon retreats offer a variety of projects for you to choose (beginner to advanced) with instructors to help you step-by-step with group instruction and personalized assistance. Or, you are welcome to bring your own projects to work on at retreat without having to stop to prepare meals, answer phones, or do laundry!
Our retreats also feature Minnesota Quilt Shops onsite. They teach additional classes (at no additional charge!) for retreat guests and they also bring an amazing variety of fabric, kits, tools, notions and more to purchase at retreat. Plus, they offer mini demos, fun games and extra special touches to retreat. The featured shops this spring will be Firefly Quilt Shop – Mankato (Sessions A & B) and Millie P’s Quilt Shop – Anoka (Sessions C & D). Guest Instructors will also be available to teach specialty classes such as: Flip & Sew Jacket, Wonky Birds, Machine Quilting, or the timeless art of English Paper Piecing.
Along with quilting and crafting at retreat, you’ll enjoy meeting wonderful people and experience great food, lots of fun, and some “rally time” encouragement to help you run the bases of life!
It’s almost time to throw out the first pitch…er…stitch! So, register soon!!

“LET US draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. LET US hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful. And LET US consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. LET US not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but LET US encourage one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”- Hebrews 10:22-25
