This past weekend, we welcomed fathers and daughters to the Circle ‘C’ Ranch once more, with horse trail rides, Chapel in the Corral, and a Wild West themed banquet!
It was a little rainy this weekend, but that didn’t stop dads and daughters from hitting the trails on horseback! With some help from our friends at Camp Shamineau, who let us borrow their horses for this retreat, campers got to take some horse trail rides throughout the many different trails around Camp!
Our speaker for the weekend was Chad Coppess, who was joined by his daughter, Kaitlyn! Chad taught during “Chapel in the Corral,” up by the Eagle’s Nest, while sitting on the back of his horse, Dusty. Chad Coppess and his daughter took us on a trail ride through Ephesians 5, and encouraged us to live a life that matters by being imitators of God, seeking a life of love, light, and wisdom.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Dads N Daughters Retreat! It is such a blessing to see so many fathers and daughters spending time together, and we hope to see you again next fall!
