Arctic Blast – Resilient and Pressing On!

A recap of our two epic weekends of Arctic Blast Youth Group Retreats! Broomball, tubing, and amazing chapel sessions! We had a blast!

No winter blues allowed at Camp Lebanon this year – our two weekends of Arctic Blast were The Funnest Fun around.  Youth groups and their leaders arrived to beautiful, snowy Camp and lots of activities to enjoy.  Some of the highlights of the two weekends were the epic Broomball Tournament, Night Tubing, and really amazing weather!

Our speaker for both weekends was Rich Olson, coming back to Camp and doing a great job speaking about being Resilient.  After each chapel, groups were able to split off into breakout sessions where they discussed each chapel topic in more depth.  This was a great chance for leaders to connect in a more personal way with their students!

The two weekends of Arctic Blast were so much fun, and while we couldn’t be more thrilled to see spring arriving, we will miss all of the students who joined us this winter!  Thanks to the groups who chose to spend a weekend with us at Camp, running around on a frozen Cedar Lake, tubing down Hazzard Hill, slipping and sliding all over Camp’s property, and drinking SO. MUCH. HOT. COCOA!  We hope you’ll be back to see a whole different (much greener) side of Camp this summer!!
