BE with Jesus.

BE in community with like-minded Jesus followers, growing in your relationship with God, fellow interns, Camp staff, and Camp guests. Develop and deepen your daily spiritual habits through spiritual formation classes. Live an upward life of worship.

BECOME like Jesus.

Become more like Jesus as you explore your giftings, develop life and work skills, and dive deep into the Christian Camping world through mentorship, weekly formation, and work and travel opportunities. Live an inward life of spiritual growth and reflection.

DO what Jesus did.

Work throughout Camp in a variety of capacities, loving and serving all you encounter as you help facilitate a “Meeting Place with God” for campers and staffers alike. Live an outward life of service, giving of your time and talents.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Alignment with Camp Lebanon's Statement of Faith
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Active engagement with Scripture and prayer
  • Commitment to upholding Biblical values
  • Walking in integrity
  • Willingness to serve in a wide variety of ministry settings
  • Teachable, humble
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Values community and works well with others
  • Self-motivated
  • Flexibility
  • Displays a positive attitude
  • Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program
  • Willing to live in communal living on site at Camp Lebanon
  • Physically able to handle the demands of Camp life
  • Able to participate in manual labor and outdoor activity
  • Completion of application, references, and a background check

HOW TO APPLY

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 
Camp will be processing applications through a new website called “StaffPath.” This software allows applicants to create accounts that:
 
Planning to apply? Here’s what you need to know . . . 
 
STEP 1: Register and create an account in StaffPath. It’s quick and easy! All you need to do is follow the link and select “Need to Register?” under the login. Then input your name, email, birthdate, and create a password. 
 
STEP 2: After registering, you will be brought to your account’s home page. Select “Manage Applications.” Then select “Begin Application” and select the application you’re looking for. 
 
STEP 3: Fill out the application, all required questions (including contact information for 2 personal/spiritual references), and click “Submit!”
