Looking Forward to Women’s Winter Warm-Up!

We're getting ready for a Warm-Up this winter - here's what to look forward to at our Women's Winter Warm-Up!

Winter has definitely taken up residence at Camp Lebanon – snow, icicles, and cold temps are making themselves at home. All the seasons bring something special to Camp, but we are gearing up for a Winter Warm-Up!

Warming Up This Winter

Women’s Winter Warm-Up is on its way, and there’s a lot to look forward to during this cozy weekend at Camp.

Crafts Galore!

We love bringing together creative projects for you to enjoy while hanging out inside on a cold winter’s day. Craft, have some good conversation, and sip some delicious coffee or hot cocoa. There will be a variety of Make & Take crafts to enjoy throughout the weekend!

Twist and Shout!

Come to the retreat a day early (Thursday Early Bird) and participate in a fun twist on Pretzels, Cream Cheese Bread Braids & Bingo (no charge)! Enjoy learning how to make pretzels and cream cheese bread braids, plus experience a different twist on Bingo fun while we savor relaxed and joy-filled fellowship together.

Let’s “DIP” Into This!

Join us for a “Super Bowl Dip Challenge” on Saturday – make your favorite dip to be judged by our panel, then enjoyed by retreat guests at our Saturday evening snack & fellowship time! Prizes will be awarded!

Workshops & More!

Come ready to learn and engage with different topics at our variety of workshops. Several teachers will be ready to share their knowledge and give practical advice. For a full list of workshop topics, click here.

Hand-Spas, Chair Massages, and Restorative Exercise!

Get cozy, comfy, and relax. We want this retreat to be restorative and energizing for you! Hand Spas will be available (for free) 24/7. And take advantage of Chair Massages ($1/minute suggested donation) and two optional Integrity & Grace exercise sessions (Saturday morning and afternoon).

Last, But Not Least, An Incredible Speaker and Inspiring Theme!

Our speaker this year is Joelle Hassler, who has been a pastor in the Twin Cities for the past 20 years, serving with youth, outreach ministry, preaching/teaching, and discipleship.  She is passionate about seeing people connect with Jesus and take bold steps forward in their faith.  She will be speaking on the theme “Practical Jesus: Drawing strength from our faith for the everyday.”

Sometimes we receive advice like, “Give it over to Jesus,” or “Let go and let God,” and we wonder “What does that really mean?” What we need to know is how our faith can intersect with real problems, decisions and relationships we wrestle with every day. At this retreat we will discover together just how practical and helpful a relationship with Jesus can be. Prepare to be inspired and equipped for a practical and purposeful faith that will transform EVERYTHING.

Counting Down!

We can’t wait for this retreat, and the countdown has truly begun! It’s less than two weeks away! We are so excited to see you at Camp this winter, and there’s still time to invite a friend, or to sign up yourself if you haven’t already. It’s going to be fun, it’s going to be cozy, and it’s going to be encouraging. See you soon!
