Executive Director (FT)

Director of Operations (FT)

As the “Air Traffic Controller” of Camp Lebanon’s operations teams and administrative center, the Director of Operations (DO) shall implement processes, employ systems, and supervise lead staff to cheerlead and support Camp’s ministry initiatives in serving constituents, guests, and donors. With attention to the details of the moment and input into the dreams of the future, the DO shall help Camp shine an ever-brighter light for the Gospel as a “Meeting Place with God” dedicated to helping the Church do the work of Christ.

Women's Ministries Director (FT)

Camp Lebanon seeks an enthusiastic, resourceful connector to lead a vibrant and growing Women’s Ministries program. She will be a follower of Jesus who actively pursues God’s Word, is committed to prayer, and enjoys encouraging women of all ages to find their source of life in Christ. The Women’s Ministries Director will also be a detailed organizer who is passionate about serving others, excited about collaborating with staff and volunteers to fulfill mission objectives, and eager to practice hospitality in helping guests find Camp Lebanon to be “A Meeting Place with God.”

Food Service Associate (FT)

As a shift leader, the Food Service Associate will assist the Food Service Manager in the production of meals and the supervision of the food service team. The Associate will serve Camp Lebanon programs in such a way that the guest and camper dining experience is continuously improved. He/she will foster team unity, promote responsible stewardship, mentor young staff, promote organizational excellence, maximize ministry opportunities, and ultimately enhance the guest experience; assuring the fulfillment of Camp’s mission to “provide a ‘Meeting Place with God’ in helping the Church do the work of Christ.”

Registrar (FT)

The Registrar will serve Camp Lebanon’s team and guests by overseeing the administrative needs of Camp and spearheading the registration process for programmed youth events. They will support public relations efforts by serving as a primary point of contact for telephone, email, and face-to-face communications with guests. The Registrar will manage a high-quality user experience from registration through check-in while providing timely and accurate information to the Operations and Ministry teams. They will also seek to foster team unity, catalyze organizational excellence, maximize ministry opportunities, and ultimately enhance the experience of guests in fulfillment of Camp’s mission to “provide a ‘Meeting Place with God’ to help the Church do the work of Christ.”

Sales Service Manager/Office Associate (FT)

The Sales Service Manager (SSM) will be responsible for serving guests and advancing the ministry by coordinating all sales service ventures. The initial focus will be on re-establishing leadership for the Gift Shop and Canteen. In the future, the role may expand to include coffee and online sales. In fulfillment of Camp Lebanon’s mission to “Provide a ‘Meeting Place with God’ to help the Church do the work of Christ,” the SSM will work to enhance the effectiveness of Camp ministries by (1) helping to create a positive guest experience; (2) adding positive cash flow through successful profit centers; and (3) fostering a healthy work environment for department staff.
Youth Ministries Director (FT)

Through strong and creative leadership, enthusiastic promotion, and passionate engagement with guests and staff, the Youth Ministries Director (YMD) shall be Camp Lebanon’s chief program architect of dynamic, life-changing year-round youth ministries that shall (1) reach and teach young people (grades K-12) in the truth of Christ; (2) disciple youth leaders to serve the Kingdom; (3) impact local church youth programming to the glory of God; and (4) contribute to the success and fruitfulness of all of Camp’s guest ministries including family, adults, and rentals.

Sous Chef

Marketing Internship

Camp is looking to hire a Marketing Intern to help Camp strategize and implement marketing plans and objectives for its events and mission, so Camp can continue to reach as many people as possible with the love of Jesus. This position is paid, can be done remotely, and will provide plenty of opportunities to practice practical marketing skills, grow in understanding of marketing strategy, and learn to research marketing objectives. Barista

Camp is looking for someone who would enjoy making and serving espresso coffee drinks to our guests. The position is very part-time (2-4 hour shifts on weekends), so it could very easily complement your regular job. Experience as a barista is preferred, but not necessary. This person must be flexible, energetic, and have a passion for ministry. We are hoping for this person to help as soon as the last weekend in October. Think you’d enjoy this position a latte? Camp Lebanon has various part-time summer and year-round positions available in many departments. Shifts vary by department. Help is needed in the following areas:
Food Service Department (All Year)
- Cooking, food preparation, and dish washing
- Keeping the Dining Hall clean and organized
- Serving guests in the food lines during meal times
- Shifts are primarily Thursday through Sunday
Housekeeping (All Year)
- Cleaning Camp’s lodging and recreational facilities
- Helping to turn over Camp’s housing and common areas in between groups
- Doing regular touch-ups during events
Trading Post (All Year)
- Opening and running Camp’s gift shop for events
- Running the register and tidying the Trading Post space
- Helping with creating displays and keeping things updated and stocked
- Shifts are mostly on weekends
Lifeguards (May - August)
- Lifeguards shall serve campers by:
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and controlled swimming beach
- Enforcing Camp swimming and waterfront regulations
- Aiding in the proper care and use of Camp watercraft
- Enacting necessary rescue and first aid functions
- On occasion, lifeguards may be asked to help in another area of Camp.
Qualifications:
- Complete training and certification as required by state (i.e., lifesaving certification, first aid, CPR)
- Possess the physical and emotional stamina as well as the motor and mental capacities required to perform assigned functions
Zip Line Guides & Laser Tag Leaders (May - August)
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of Camp’s guests by operating the zip line and laser tag course in a safe manner, preventing accidents or incidents through careful diligence.
- On occasion, any and all employees may be asked to help in another area of Camp.
- Qualifications:
- Possess the physical and emotional stamina as well as the motor and mental capacities required to perform assigned functions
- Receive special training in zip line and laser tag operations
- Safety consciousness and ability to focus
- Ability to interact well with the public and assist guests in processing adventure experiences
