JOB OPENING: Facilities Manager

Camp Lebanon has an immediate opening to hire a year-round, full time Facilities Manager.

Camp Lebanon is seeking an experienced leader with a heart to serve and the skillset to manage a site and facility with plans for expansion. Duties include preparation and upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment; supervision of facilities personnel; oversight of site and facility projects; management of facilities budget; and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment.  For more information please see the Job Description and Camp Profile below. What about Shane?

You may be thinking to yourself, “Wait a minute! What about Shane? Is he leaving Camp?” The answer is NO!  Shane Hollenbeck, Camp’s current Facilities Manager, will be transitioning into a new Director of Ministries role.  In short, he will provide leadership and direction for Camp’s program and rental ministry.  We’ll tell you more about that in the coming weeks.

When will the new Facilities Manager start the job?

We would love to fill this role as soon as possible! Hiring someone sooner than later would be strategically beneficial to Camp and also a positive for the new Facilities Manager as Camp ramps up for summer and potential expansion.
